The Dr. Sheldon Z. Meth Memorial Scholarship was established by TEC Solutions in 2019 to perpetuate the virtues and endearing qualities of Dr. Sheldon Meth, TEC Solutions Chief Corporate Scientist Emeritus. Affectionately known as “The OGE” (Old Guy Extraordinaire), Dr. Meth was a clear thinker, champion of science, loving father and grandfather, and extraordinary mentor to his colleagues and friends. He left a lasting impression on all who knew him, and we continue to benefit by celebrating how he reminded us of what was important in life.

 

TEC Solutions honors Dr. Meth’s impact on this world by granting an annual scholarship to a Virginia Polytechnic and State University student who shares Dr. Meth’s interests, allowing them to follow a similar path that he took in his personal and professional endeavors.
