Technical SETA

Anchor 1

Provide holistic programmatic/technical support to our customer’s program managers and leadership team. They specialize in designing, integrating, and managing complex systems, technology, and industry’s deliverables through the various R&D, acquisition, or operational life cycles. Responsibilities include critical thinking, analytical problem solving, program management, preparation of executive decision documents, creation of program documents, providing leadership to functional or technical teams, and ability to effectively communicate in both the virtual and in-person environments.

Requirements: Engineering or science background required, with past Systems Integration and/or Technical Program Management experience highly preferred. Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Possession of Defense Acquisition University Program Management Certification is a plus. Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.

Business Financial Manager

Anchor 2

Provide specialized financial management and business process expertise. They provide our customer’s program managers and associated teams with tailored DoD, IC, federal agency, and industry focused BFM expertise. They facilitate customer’s programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process, as well as the coordinating the creation, execution, and management of customer inter and intra-agency programs. Responsibilities include preparing program documents, developing briefs and reports, program management, supporting the scheduling and planning of meetings and conferences, and ability to effectively communicate in both the virtual and in-person environments.

Requirements:  BA/BS degree. Proficient with Microsoft tool (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various DoD/IC/federal agency financial systems (i.e. Defense Acquisition Initiative (DAI) and others). Attention to detail. Analytical and finance skills. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance or, a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility preffered.

Subject Matter Expert

Anchor 3

Dynamic individuals who are possess unique experience and expertise with regards to one or more specialized fields such as, but not limited to; specific types of critical technology, DoD/IC mission areas, research development testing and evaluation (RDT&E), acquisition, operations, SAP or SCI compartmented program support, small business innovative research (SBIR), small business technology transfer (STTR), cyber security, data analytics, research security, policy creation and implementation. Responsibilities are centered on providing customer program managers and leadership teams unparalleled insight, ability, and support.​

Demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in one or more technical areas. Duties include analytic work in support of systems engineering or planning activities, including the development of preliminary and detailed functional analysis required for R&D programs.

Requirements: BA/BS degree or higher. Recognized expertise or authority in technical, scientific, functional, or support mission spaces. Demonstrable experience in leadership, managing teams, and processes is a plus. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance or, a Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Analyst

Anchor 4

Motivated individuals who may be a generalist or specializing in one or more fields such as, but not limited to; data analytics, intelligence, specific types of critical technology, small business programs, cyber security, artificial intelligence/machine learning, classified program support, research security, as well as budgeting and financial business processes. Responsibilities are centered on providing other TEC team members, government program managers, and/or customers with the support required to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.

Experience in time management, organization, communication, critical thinking, analytical problem solving, and select technical skills.  Duties include collecting, organizing, and disseminating information accurately and in support of customer requirements.

Requirements: BA/BS degree or higher. Expertise or authority in technical, scientific, functional, or support  mission spaces. Ability to lead, managing teams, and processes is a plus.  Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust determination.  Ability to obtain a  Secret clearance, or a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is a plus.
