Aaron Esposita
Founder, Chief Security Officer
Mr. Esposita is a founding partner and the Chief Security Officer (CSO) of TEC Solutions. He has over 23 years of engineering design, analysis, and program management experience supporting a variety of commercial and DoD customers. He is responsible for ensuring TEC Solutions complies with all Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) rules and regulations to maintain the corporate security posture. In addition to his CSO duties, he provides Science, Engineering, Technical, Analysis (SETA) support to DARPA for multiple programs in the fields of Hypersonics, Sensors, Advanced Weapons, and Propulsion Systems. He has created several programs and lead them from inception through flight testing and transition to the Services. He specializes in Operational Analysis and Operational System Weapon Effectiveness studies and has supported this research on multiple technology demonstration and weapon prototype vehicles.
In 2013, Mr. Esposita and Mr. Tallent founded TEC Solutions with the sole purpose of providing outstanding service to our government customers. We pride ourselves on hiring the absolute best, minimizing unnecessary bureaucracy and maximizing value to our clients.
Mr. Esposita earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where his graduate research focused on Laser Propulsion for trans-atmospheric vehicles. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking and motorcycle racing.
